We use the UV stabilised PVC sheathed, low profile, 2-core cable to BS6862 part1 with all of our solar panel products.
It is essential to use a good quality cable with high conductivity copper conductors because high current flows in low voltage circuits can cause significant losses.
The UV stabilised black outer sheath resists degradation if left outside in an exposed location
