Mono & Poly-Crystalline Silicon Solar Cell Modules

Our range of solar panel modules is designed in accordance with BSEN 61215:1995 / IEC61215:1993 Crystalline silicon terrestrial photovoltaic (PV) modules. Design qualification and type approval.

They are
manufactured with proven materials and thoroughly tested to ensure electrical performance and service life - expected 35 years.

Silicon Nitride (SiN) film deposited on the front surface by PECVD acts as anti-reflection coating and gives a uniform dark blue appearance.

Cells are laminated between 3mm thick high transmissivity low-iron tempered glass and sheet of TPT material by two sheets of EVA to prevent moisture penetrating into the module.

An anodized aluminium (6063 T5) frame provides support for the module and a convenient mounting for the solar panel.

A waterproof junction box houses the connection terminals and provides for quick and simple connection of the cables. We pre-wire the solar panel in our factory before despatch.
