LED 500 Sign Lighting Kit

The high performance solar panel (28W or 60W) generates energy during daylight hours and stores it in a battery for later use.

The LED 500 Sign Light contains a strip of 30 x high power white LEDs and will operate for up to 8 hours during night time.

The Solar LED 500 Sign Light Kit is supplied complete with a 12V digital timer so that you can set the time at which the light is switched on and off each night.

The LED 500 Sign Light can be mounted above or below a sign (see diagram) and is connected to the all weather battery box which houses the 12V battery, the charge controller and the 12V digital timer.

The solar panel can be mounted unobtrusively on a pole (48 ~ 60mm dia.), such a s a scaffold pole - which is not supplied, using the mounting bracket supplied to incline it at the correct angle to the sun.

The solar panel must face south to ensure that it collects sufficient energy but the sign to be illuminated can face in any direction relative to the sun.
